By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • For items excluding curated vintage items and mystery packages, if an item is damaged during shipping or breaks within 15 days of delivery, you must provide clear photos and/or video evidence of the damage.

  • Upon review and approval of the claim, a return shipping label will be provided at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued until the original item is returned and received in the condition approved for return.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if sufficient proof of damage is not provided.

Final Sale Items (No Returns or Refunds)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances:

  • Curated vintage items

  • Mystery packages

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind, and/or surprise nature of these items, all sales are final.

Condition of Returns

  • Returned items must be received in their original condition unless damage occurred during shipping and was approved by us.

  • Items returned without prior authorization, outside the allowed timeframe, or not meeting return conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

  • Shipping fees, handling fees, and taxes are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Policy Enforcement & Limitations

  • We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
