Bold, textural, and truly one of a kind, these handmade statement earrings begin with individually crafted African batik bone pendants, made from buffalo bone and decorated with contrasting batik-style patterns. Each pendant was hand-selected by FRDCreations for its individual shape, pattern, and character.

I paired the carved bone pendants with natural 8mm Howlite beads, soft fluffy accent beads, and stainless steel findings. The combination of polished stone, carved bone, and soft texture creates a dramatic mixed-media design with plenty of movement and personality.

Because the batik bone components are individually handcrafted, the two earrings are intentionally not identical. Differences in shape, coloring, carving, and pattern are part of what makes the pair unique.
